The Webcam Clip Art Dataset
News
Overview
This is a subset of the dataset introduced in the SIGGRAPH Asia 2009 paper, Webcam Clip Art: Appearance and Illuminant Transfer from Time-lapse Sequences.
As of today, it contains roughly 580,000 images taken from 54 webcam sequences, totaling a combined 10,500 days (28 years) worth of images, which amounts to 34 GB worth of data.
If you use this dataset in a publication, please cite the following paper:

Get the data
The database is organized into two parts:
- XML files which describe meta-data for each sequence (e.g. list of files, dates, sun positions, camera parameters, etc.). Access the XML data here.
- JPG files for the image data. To gain access to the image data, please send email to the database administrator.
Code
You can create your own webcam database with the very code that was used to build this one! You can download it here.
