Prop hunt/spy party with farm animals.

Wolf in Sheep's Clothing is a competitive 2-player game between a wolf disguised as farm animals and a farmer. The wolf's goal is to eat three farm animals without getting shot by the farmer. The farmer's goal is to shoot the wolf without killing their own animals.

Gameplay

Mechanics

The game starts with the farmer and the wolf at the center pen. The wolf is undisguised. The farmer is then blinded for 10 seconds while the wolf must pick a location and a disguise. Once the farmer is unblinded, the farmer must distinguish the wolf from the animals. The wolf automatically taunts the farmer with the cry of the animal they are disguised as every 30 seconds. If the wolf eats an animal, the farmer hears a snarl and the cry of the animal eaten. As more animals are eaten, the wolf's taunts become more frequent.

Visuals

The map is split into three pens featuring three different farm animals: sheep, cows, and pigs. Each pen is filled with many animals that walk around and behave like their species. The animals cannot go to a different pen, but the wolf can. Each player can only view one pen at a time from a sheared top-down angle. The players must move against the left or right boundary of the pen to shift the camera and the avatar to a new pen.

The wolf's avatar is represented by a model of a wolf to both players when undisguised. When disguised, the wolf's avatar is an off-color model of the animal on the wolf's screen only. The farmer is represented by a red crosshair that hovers over the world on both screens. The farmer must take aim at an animal using the crosshair.

Controls

The wolf player can move around in its disguise using the WASD keys. The wolf can switch disguises using the space key. The wolf can also activate a limited number of "flashbangs" using the shift key if the farmer is viewing the same pen that the wolf is in.

The farmer can move a crosshair around using the WASD keys. The farmer can shoot an animal using the space key. If the farmer shoots the wrong animal, the farmer receives a strike. If the farmer reaches three strikes, the wolf wins.
