The intergalactic orbital phone bank is hiring a new astronaut-- your dream job. Train your memory and spatial skills before your big interview.
This game is a prequel to Another Infinite Night at the Orbital Phone Bank. You play an up-and-coming young astronaut who wants to train their memory skills for a job at the Orbital Phone Bank. Carefully remember the sequence of colored lights and activate them in the right order.
On the main platform, there's a control panel with 4 colored lights (the "main lights"). Scattered around the station are 4 corresponding colored light poles. When the player interacts with the control panel/main lights, they blink one by one in a random sequence. The player must then walk around and interact with the correct light poles in the same order. The sequence starts with 1 light, and increases by 1 everytime the player is correct.
Say for example, the player interacts with the control panel, and it indicated the red light:
The player should then go interact with the red light pole.
Once the player succesfully does this, and interacts with the control panel again, they see that the same sequence has increased by 1. The panel blinks red, then green.
So the player interacts with the red light pole:
And then the green light pole:
The sequence increases everytime by one. The game ends when the player interacts with the wrong light pole (aka messes up the sequence). There is no set "win condition," the player must try to get as many rounds right by trying to remember the longest sequence possible.
SPACE to interact with the control panels and lights, WASD + mouse to move and look around.
You want your training to be as close as possible to the actual job, so use the same assets as Another Infinite Night at the Oribital Phone Bank.
