Assignment 1: 2D Animation
Using tools of your choosing, with a partner, create a short 2D animation
that is at least 10 seconds in length. The finished piece must experiment
with content, form or technique in some way. At the crit, you will
discuss what the experiment was, what technique you used, and what was
successful and not successful about the experiment.
Some options include:
- After Effects
- PhotoShop

2D animation principles on Lynda.
If you are not familiar with these software packages, we recommend the
Lynda Tutorials. We expect this assignment to require about 30 hours
of work from each student.
